We're committed to making sure every interaction you have with us — from browsing to unboxing — feels premium, personal, and worth it.
2. Using Our Website
Our website is open to anyone who is 18 years or older, or younger with a parent or guardian's involvement. We just ask that you use it honestly — don't misuse it or try to access it in ways it's not intended for.
When you place an order, please make sure the details you provide (your name, address, phone number) are accurate. This helps us get your order to you without any hiccups. If something's off, just reach out and we'll sort it together.

Product photos on our website are as true to life as possible. Slight colour variations can occur across different screens — if you're ever unsure about a product, feel free to ask us before ordering.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We try to keep our pricing transparent — what you see is what you pay.
Prepaid Orders
• Free shipping, always. No minimum order required.
• Pay securely via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or any accepted method at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available at select pin codes with a small ₹100 handling charge added at checkout.
If a payment doesn't go through, please check with your bank before trying again. We're happy to help if you're unsure what happened — just message us on WhatsApp.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's how it works:
• We process your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Prepaid orders ship for free. COD orders have a ₹100 handling charge.
• Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to logistics, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is running late, please reach out — we'll look into it for you right away.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you don't, we've made the return process simple and stress-free.
Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange — no questions asked. We just ask that:
• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are included.
• You reach out to us within the 7-day window to initiate the process.
How to Return
Just message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we'll take care of the rest. Where eligible, we'll arrange a reverse pickup — you won't need to run around finding a courier.
Refunds
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or as store credit — your choice.
We're fair about this. If an item genuinely doesn't qualify for a return (e.g. it's been used or is missing packaging), we'll let you know honestly and return the item to you.
7. Warranty
Your OneVizion sunglasses come with a 3-month warranty from your purchase date, covering any manufacturing defects.
What's Covered
• Structural defects in the frame or lens under normal use.
• Any lens or coating issues that are clearly a result of how the product was made.
What's Not Covered
Just to be upfront — the following fall outside our warranty:
• Accidental damage, drops, or breakage.
• Scratches from everyday use or improper storage.
• Damage from chemicals, heat, or anything beyond normal wear.
If you think your product has a manufacturing issue, just get in touch. We'll assess it fairly and let you know the next steps.
8. Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it for you.
• Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number.
• Prepaid cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it — but you're welcome to use our return policy once it arrives.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order on our end (for example, if a product goes out of stock unexpectedly). If this happens, we'll contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

• Technical issues on third-party payment gateways.
